Guarantees and Warranty

Most Goods are covered by the Manufacturers Guarantee.

The guarantees referred to in this paragraph do not cover customer misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidental damage.  You should always follow and adhere to the manufacturer’s instructions that are detailed either on this website or supplied with the product.

You are responsible for the correct operation and maintenance of the Goods, indemnifying us for any damage, liability, costs caused by misuse or misunderstanding of the manufacturer’s instructions.

Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty applies only to Elevating Roofs manufactured and supplied by LowLife Products Ltd.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any mechanical defects in material or workmanship under the normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, LowLife Products Ltd  will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance, with the exception of products or parts which are exempt from this warranty as described in ‘What does this Limited Warranty not cover’.

Warranty Period?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from LowLife Products Ltd is 2 years from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good.

What does this Limited Warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in materials or workmanship.
  • For carbon fibre finish parts only, yellowing or clouding of the finished panel surfaces .
  • Damage occurring to canvas material.
  • Parts that have been sold along with or attached to the product (these will be covered by the manufacturers guarantee of that product).
  • Remedial work required to remove / replace an item from the product that is covered by a manufacturers guarantee.

What will we do to correct the problems?

LowLife Products Ltd will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
